A car is composed of many components, some of which are aluminum alloy parts, also known as aluminum alloy parts. Today, we will introduce to you the precautions when producing aluminum alloy parts for automobiles, and where aluminum alloys are used in automobiles.

The grades of aluminum alloys are divided into nine series, ranging from 1000 to 9000, based on the types and contents of non aluminum elements contained.
The aluminum alloy materials used for car body mainly include the 2000 series with the highest copper content and high hardness, the 5000 series mainly containing magnesium, also known as "magnesium aluminum alloy", and the 6000 series with high magnesium silicon content, good corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance. Different series of aluminum alloy materials such as plates, profiles, pipes, and high-performance cast aluminum are used for different stress parts of the car body.

Skeleton part: The part of the vehicle that bears the greatest force, made of materials from the 2000 or 7000 series, and can be heat treated for strengthening.
Outer panel: The secondary load-bearing part of the vehicle body, made of 5000 series or 6000 series materials.
Door part: Made of 5000 series or 6000 series materials.
Floor part: Made of 5000 series or 6000 series materials.
Castings: Made of high-performance cast aluminum alloy, which can be heat treated for strengthening.
Precautions for production of automotive aluminum parts
1. Firstly, this type of accessory is mainly produced by machines during production, but after production, the product needs to be thoroughly inspected by staff to identify any problematic products. If it is a minor issue, it can still be used normally after improvement. If the problem is significant, it can only be scrapped directly.
2. In addition, if there are problems with the machine during production, the probability of product scrapping will increase. To avoid this phenomenon, regular inspections of the machine are very important.
