How To Deal With Mold Spots On Aluminum Alloy Die Castings?

Aluminum alloy die-casting material: AlSi12 (Cu), surface sandblasted, then machine struck (using saponification solution), and then ultrasonic cleaned, it still has moldy aluminum alloy automotive parts.

1. It is a release agent used for die casting. The concentration is incorrect, so there is no way to solve this problem before. To solve similar spots on ADC12 die castings, I tried alcohol, gasoline, and 5% sulfuric acid, but to no avail. Attention should be paid to the concentration of the release agent.
2. During the process of die-casting billet and sandblasting, there are no moldy spots, and taps may appear after processing and ultrasonic cleaning. It shouldn't be a problem with the release agent.
3. The so-called moldy corrosion is caused by aluminum alloy die-casting corrosion, while the corrosion of steel products is one thing. It seems to be caused by tapping or ultrasonic cleaning. You should analyze what is caused by tapping, and if it is caused by tapping, oil cutting fluid can be used to increase rust prevention performance. If it is caused by ultrasonic cleaning, attention should be paid. The anti-corrosion performance of cleaning agents can be solved by technical personnel producing cleaning machines, as special anti-corrosion measures should be taken during aluminum alloy die casting cleaning.

4. What is the reason for the mold and yellowing of aluminum alloy die castings after a few days? The processing and cleaning process of aluminum alloy should be cleaned. Mouldy (blackened) yellow should be the result of chip oxidation. This is not a big problem. Thank you for your attention to this issue. I also believe that cutting fluid is the main reason. No need to do it again. At present, the cost of passivation treatment is too high to be completed well. Please maintain your attention.
5. The current weather should not have similar yellow and moldy aluminum alloy die-casting. If there are similar phenomena, there may be two reasons: the result of oxidation of the chip solution.
